UMP Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (UMPH) was incorporated in accordance to the University & University -College Act 1971, Under Section 7(1) (a), (b) and (c). UMPH was successfully registered on 8 March 2004 with the aim to become the major player in the development, construction and management of properties.

Along the way, we have grown from strength to strength over the past few years and we’ve made it our mission to challenge the status quo by involving in the development of Rumah Sejahtera, the FIRST HOUSING project in collaboration with the state government, for B40 group in 2017.

In line with the in transition towards digitalisation, we are also in the forefront in implementing Industrial Revolution 4.0 in construction projects that we are venturing in. CIDB and MyBIM Center, through their Construction Industry Transformation Programme (CITP), has acknowledged our Building Information Modelling (BIM) expertise and has appointed us to become their official trainers / partners in BIM training for East Coast region and Ministry of Work Malaysia.

Our efforts have reaped rewards. In 2019, we have become the 2 nd Company in Pahang that awarded with Four-Star from Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) SCORE Rating. To add to that, in early 2019 too, we have also successfully certified with ISO 9001:2015. This is the proven evidence that nothing is impossible to overcome, if you have unwavering determination!
